Had an absolute blast!! I have told so many people in the Kansas City area about this little gem!! No one has ever heard of it and I could not believe it! I'm telling everyone it is a must! So much fun and a clean environment!! My family from Oregon really enjoyed themselves!
I don't know why there's so many bad reviews for this place! We came here today for the first time and it was awesome. People leaving reviews like its a drunk fest. I didn't see that. Nice atmosphere. We brought 4 teenagers and they weren't disappointed. I'd definitely recommend this place and we'll definitely come back!
We drove all the way from Kansas City, MO! Beautiful drive. We stopped in Jeff City and were excited to drive a little on the Old Historic US Route 66 in Rolla! I’d say this place is worth going to. It was supposed to rain when we got there, so that’s why we lucked out on a low crowd and it only sprinkled for 5 mins. But there is a lot to do here, and the blue lake water is pretty cool! The slide really shoots you into the water fast so beware of that. The cliff jumps are awesome! The cliff in general is so cool to have there. Just relaxing and swimming out into the open areas is really nice. The changing rooms are really gross and hot so definitely have your suit on beforehand. And the bathrooms are Johnny on the Spots. The only downside is that it costs to do anything besides the slide and cliff jumps of course. It’s a unique place, definitely worth stopping by, maybe not worth driving TOO far for.
Would be five stars if you weren't required to have a flotation device... other than that... it's an amazing place to swim and have fun
Cool for the twenty-somethings I suppose. The water looks neat but once you get in you feel grease which totally grossed me out right away. Watching the other people jump off the cliffs was fun...
