The service quality has degraded in the last two years. Rapid pick-up is always late, usually takes 15+ minutes, not 5-10 as Panera advertises. The stuff often makes mistakes, forgetting to put a fork, spoon or napkins in a pickup order bag. Once they forgot to put chicken in a chicken salad. Overall food is still good though.
They screwed up my orde r last month including giving me brown avocados and steak that was still raw, and somehow it ended up being my problem. Decided to give them another try again this evening, and they didn't give us our sides, the broccoli soup was bland, and husband's sandwich was all messed up. This was the final time I will step foot in this place, I will drive down to St. Roberts or elsewhere before I come back here!
Briefly: good food, but budget 15-20 min for rapid pick-up and double check your order.

This place has went downhill and then some! They either forget half your order, screw it up, make the sandwiches tiny and when you talk to the manager, she's tires to make it your fault. Also some of the employeesare rude to the customers.
I love coming here everyday. Simply because it's the best coffee shop in Rolla "food wise". But today I witness a remarkable customer service. I placed an order via drive through and accidentally I forgot my wallet home. They (Alex and Alex) made my order and I went home to pick up my wallet. When I came back, my order (Caramel Latter) was kind of cold. They insisted to make me another hot one for no extra charges. This is what I call 5 star customer service.
This place used to sell overpriced sandwiches that were pretty good. Now they sell overpriced froufrou sandwiches. I avoid them now, but had to go today. I bought an overpriced smoothie that's mostly blended ice.
Good food. Good place to get work done. Very friendly and accommodating. Great people.
