I usually don't tend to write review about companies, but my experience here was so bad I had to write a review of this awful establishment.
Awful.
I will be telling everyone I know not to come to this establishment and will be calling the owner and talk to them about the tone and the manner in which I was treated.
It's a really nice car wash in a good location and I was happy with my experience.
My car had been dirty for sometime and decided to get it cleaned here. The reason I tend to not get car washes at gas stations is because the equipment they use is just that one upside down U shape that just goes around your car and really don't scrub your car, just rather uses high pressure which tends to leave dirt and grime still there.
The pressure is good and it cleaned my car straight away. My only complaint is that the unit did not register my card swipe the first two times (at least it did not activate the wash until the third swipe). Checking my statement today, it turns out that I paid for all three swipes, so beware if you are using a card.
After realizing this I already paid so I decided to though and then I examined my car and it had several big blotches of dirt and grime on my hoot and near the rim of my tires. I was unsatisfied and went asked for a manager and this is when I knew I had to write a review.
The management I talked to was an middle age woman with blond hair. (I wish I would of asked for her name) She was absolutely dreadful to deal with. She blamed in on me that the companies machine was unable to get several dirt blotches of my car. After I rubbed my finger off of some of them with ease she just acted like it didn't happen. She was one of the meanest and careless individuals I've ever had to deal with in my life.
Free vaccum and always a great self wash In love with the fact it uses hot water it cleans wells and really helps get all the bugs off
Me seeing this establishment had an indoor one I thought it had to of had the fine scrubbing machines to get the job done. It did not. Actually it is just the equivalent of what you see in gas stations, except more pricey and you don't get a discount for gas.
Plenty of bays for multiple car washes at once plus free vacuums which I personally need and love!
