All of the staff is helpful and friendly. Administrative staff carefully explains costs and insurance policies. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, and I was taken back at exactly 1:30. Forum Dental also seems to be very up to date on technology. They were able to make a crown in their own lab, so I didn't have to wait, or make a second appointment. My dentist was friendly and caring; she welcomed questions and explain everything thoroughly.
I love Forum Dental, they are really great people, and Dr.Cassidy is great. He always has a compliment for my daughter or me. Great man.
I started going to Forum Dental because they were in network for my insurance. I have not regretted the change. In fact I ended up moving 200 miles away and every 6 months I still make the 3.5 hour drive to Forum Dental in Rolla, MO to have teeth cleaned and checked by this amazing dental practice. Every staff member is courteous, kind, and caring, and are very informative. I think even if I end up moving 6 hours away I would still make the trek every 6 months. It's worth it.
