I have had ingrown toenail problems for literally years. I went to a podiatrist several years ago, and had a bad experience, and so I put off having my problem fixed permanently. I was afraid that I'd have a similar experience with Dr. Anderson. This was simply not the case! The staff was friendly and professional every step of the way. Each time I had a question, Dr. Anderson was prompt and thorough with an answer. When I had concerns, Dr. Anderson took time out of her day to address my needs. 10/10! I would use and recommend Anderson Foot Clinic to anyone who is in need of a caring and skilled podiatrist!

I am fortunate in that I usually do not have to write harsh reviews, but my wife and I were not pleased with the service received from Dr. Anderson. The instructions and plan of care were poorly communicated to us, and then they charged us for unnecessary office visit when we failed to follow the instructions we were never gave. The details are not so important, but overall, we were not satisfied.
Very professional staff and friendly as well
My pharmacy called to them to have my prescription refilled and never received a call back. My prescription says that I have 2 refills left through 2/25/15. When I called to find out why they didn't call the pharmacy back I was placed on hold for 8 minutes. When they finally came back on the line they said that I hadn't been in there since 2012, and that the doctor said she needed to see me before they would refill the script. Really would have been nice if they would have actually let somebody know this information instead of telling me they could not find my file. I do not think another appoint here will be necessary.
