Very helpful and friendly staff. If you have a pre-printed label all you need to do is hand them your stuff and they can give you a tracking number if you want. Will continue to use UPS.
Very helpful store! The employees are very polite and knowledgeable. Not only do I use The UPS store to ship by UPS, I also use it to mail my regular mail through USPS. I have also used their printing service multiple times.
I made a big mistake and shipped my package to an old address I had on file for a family member, in Salem. Thank you to Julie at the Salem distribution center, who worked out to retrieve the package, my family was still able to get their Christmas presents on time for Christmas! I can't tell you how relieved and happy I was with their incredible service!!! I am so grateful!!!!!
