Absolutely awful!!!! My daughter went in to get her nails done and the guy did a terrible job. He took advantage of the fact she was a 15 year old girl and did one of the sloppiest acrylic nail jobs I have ever seen. You can see her old pink nail polish under the nails he gave her and would not give her nails any longer than her natural nail without giving him more money first. I honestly thought I could let my 15 year old get her nails done without me having to hover and make sure she wasn't taken advantage of by an adult at a business but I guess I was wrong!! She told him she wanted a pointed nail and did not get it, he did a horrible job on painting her nails a 5 year old would have done a better job. I have had my nails done many times and this is very sad. When I contacted him about his crappie work all I got was a bunch of excuses and he actually tried to blame her for it saying maybe she messed them up. I'm, no sorry that's not the case. This is a case of him doing a really bad nail job. I will never Recommend this place to anyone do to the fact they don't fix it if they do a bad job. My daughter worked very hard and saved her money to go get her nails done and this was her experience. She is so upset. This man is a jerk and he takes advantage of people if presented the opportunity apparently. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere
This is the best nail place I have ever been to ever!! So nice, beautiful, clean and respectful I have no idea why everyone says bad things none of it is even close to be true. They treat you like family please come here its amazing!!!
Lots of air bubbles, smudges, felt very rushed.. the person was also rude. I politely asked that some nails be fixed and they ended up looking worse. Won't be going back.
Received a gift card for mothers day so I looked up the reviews and decided to call ahead for our pedicures (daughter and i). We arrived a few minutes early. They were busy but he was attentive and asked us to pick out our colors. Two months earlier I had gel polish for the first time and it lasted all this time. So I wanted to do gel again. He tried to talk me out of it and said regular polish would last a while. I was certain I wanted gel. He pushed again for regular but I stood my ground. Well, by the time my feet soaked and the massage chair loosened me up, they younger guy started the process to take off the gel I already had ... I had no idea how difficult it was! I apologized and told them I changed my mind... regular polish would be fine. Lol. The chairs were comfortable, the pedicure was pleasant, and the lady (who never smiled) painted exactly what my daughter asked for on her big toes - very pretty dolphin design.
Not a great experience! The lady worked there was very pushy and unfriendly. She was very nervous and didn’t ask anything about my favorite design. Also, it was expensive: $30 for basic design! After she finished my manicure, while the salon was not crowded, I had to wait for 10 minutes to pay the money. The entire experience was very uncomfortable and disrespectful, and I wouldn't recommend it. The next day, my nails had already chipped in multiple areas. There were also a lot of tiny air bubbles on my nails. If you want to pay that much money just go to a better salon.
