At first I was skeptical of this little place on the side of the road in Rolla. It doesn't look like much from the outside. But, the staff here are INCREDIBLY professional, kind, helpful, understanding, and willing to do whatever to make you comfortable. I personally use a family doctor and specialists for my own needs, but I have brought several girls here for various reasons that were too nervous on their own. All of them were handled with care and are happier, healthier, safer and wiser individuals thanks to tri rivers help. You can tell all their money goes towards helping the women and men of Rolla, and despite aesthetic looks they offer much more than I expected. Fantastic service, fantastic pricing/coverage/help for those without insurance, and all around amazing staff. Kinder than hospitals, kinder than clinics in other towns. They accept but do not pressure for donations. I believe they are greatly under looked in the community, but it is one of the most valuable assets In the town of Rolla, hands down.
I always go here for whatever I need the staff is amazing. They are always kind and great with children. I always feel welcome and comfortable when I'm there.
i love the staff here they are very nice and know how to make you comfortable. my experience was great here, i have never once had a problem with employees that work here! i would recommend them to anyone!

The people that work here are genuine and really kind. They are so easy to talk to and more than willing to help find a payment plan good for you. I love tri-rivers family planning. If I need to go to a clinic again, this one will be the clinic for me.
