Appliance Rx fixed our Frigidaire oven last week and now it works amazingly. We had originally called another appliance repair shop and they never got back to us. We called Lowe’s and they recommended Appliance RX. Appliance Rx came out to look at it and got the parts ordered really fast. He fixed our oven as soon as the parts came in. He was nice and professional. If any of our appliances break we are definitely using Appliance Rx!
My washing machine stopped working Tuesday night, I called Appliance RX Wednesday and they had a technician out as soon as possible which was Thursday. Josh was the technician that responded and he was quick, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was able to repair my washing machine in about 30-40 minutes. These guys are the real deal and run a business that I will recommend to anyone. I had an issue with a dryer and a service tech came out and made a good recommendation based on the issues. It was cheaper to replace the unit, than racking up expensive repair bills. I appreciate the honesty. The owner came to help install the new unit and he went above and beyond what he had to do. The space was narrow and he continued to overcome every obstacle he faced, until the job was done! The business owners are honest and people of great integrity.
These guys are the best hands down! I called them because my washer stopped draining and i couldn't figure out what was wrong. They were able to come and fix it THAT DAY! They quickly figured out what was wrong and had it fixed. I was confused when they started packing up their tools. i thought i was going to have to wait till the next day for it to be fixed. I'm so thankful! The employees were super friendly and professional and respectful of my home. They worked quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys so much!
