Always friendly, curious, and always kept their cool even if I didn't. I couldn't ask for a better secure company in American Family Insurance. Best place in town to buy insurance.
The agents are a joke all Emily and Dawn. Let me just say first I simply wanted my pay date switched so I was told I had to call them back the day I wanted it switched. When I did I was told everything was switched I even got a confirmation email! So then I got a email of them processing a payment for the old date!! When I called them to figure out why this was happening when I even got a confirmation email and was told that she had redone the policy for the new date I requested I was told "I don't know". Or another agent blamed their new system as the cause. So then I got a letter in the mail stating they cancelled me as a member so when I called Dawn specifically told me there's nothing she could do she tried to get underwriting to let me continue being a customer when this was Emily one of the agents faults. Dawn even told me to go with the general insurance! I was shocked I called the 1-800 number nice people got underwriting to approve me to continue insurance with American family so then I was told to call back the following day to make my payment for the original new pay date I request and once again dawn tells me my insurance is prorated trying to confuse me and increase my insurance!! Once again I called 1-800 and they told me billing had my insurance for the original amount so finally got that fixed now I have to call back tomorrow and deal with these wonderful women to enroll in auto pay to continue getting my discount each month wish me luck. As soon as I do I switching to waynesville agency I'm just completely shocked so be careful what these women tell you they sure seem scetchy and unaware of how to do their job!
