Well, great experience if I get in my car & drive the 30 miles from my house to get there! I find it extremely agitating that NOBODY who works there seems to know how to pick up a phone to answer a darn question!
Most of the workers there don't seem to care to have the job. Ask for any other information they really can't tell you or just tell you to fill out the forms as best you can. They need people that work there that know what to do, say what needs to be said when asked about more information. Seems like they are there just for the money and not helping the ones that do need the help.
