Around nine months ago I had this guy out to clean my main drain that was plugged. Because we couldn't find a clean out pipe for the project, he removed the toilet in my bathroom and used the drain for the snake. The entire process of removing the toilet, opening the drain, and replacing the toilet took two hours. Despite his machine rubbing all the paint off a section of wood work on my bathroom door, I was happy with the clean drain. What I didn't realize, and what became apparent over the weekend, is that this clown put the toilet back on the drain without using a wax ring! So for the last nine months toilet water and waste has been slowly leaking into the crawl space below my house. This weekend the path was apparently blocked and the "water" started leaking out from under the toilet onto my bathroom floor when it was flushed. I took the toilet off and much to my shock, there was no wax ring remains visible. I cleaned the mess, put on a wax ring and my problem was solved, but this clown clearly should have re-installed the toilet properly after opening the drain.
