One of the worst experiences with a police department in my life. They allow business owners to take money with out providing any services. I wonder what would happen if I went to a restaurant here in town and ate and then just left. or take gasoline from a gas station and just left. would that be a civil matter then? I dont think so. these cops do not want to help the citizens of this town. If you have an intruder you better just take matters in your own hands. they are useless.
