This has been the worst experience at BK. The store is filthy. Walking in to meet a empty sticky counter after a few minutes a cashier returns from the back to tell us they have the grill down "its broke Idk why I just work here " said the cashier we order what we could from the menu and was told by the lady we have to order small or large bc they forgot to order lids. The Drink machine was broke and they watched us mess with it for a few min before asking if we needed help.
My girlfriend likes Burger King so we just keep going back although she agrees that things could be better. We once picked up Burger King in a nearby town and drove quite a few miles to a park. I joked that the food was warmer from this place even after being in the car for a decently long drive than getting it "fresh" at the Rolla store and she just laughed. I don't expect any fast food to be like a 5 star meal but this place could be better.
This Burger King is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food quality is decent and sometimes it isn't. The upkeep of the place needs to be improved. The exterior needs some serious work including a complete paint job and the inside needs to be kept cleaner. The bathroom, at least the men's, is just plain gross. The ice machine and such is sometimes broken. If they let the grass grow tall outside you would think the building was abandoned.
The cashier at this point is trying to tell anyone that will listen that she hates her job
DO NOT GO HERE. Spent $18.75 to figure this out.
Occasionally there's a dude working drive thru has awesome voice, personality. Prices are great and food is exceptional
The location is convenient and I like the bluegrass musicians that play there. If you use a coupon and it is an OK value but don't expect consistent quality from this location.
There's hardly ever a wait here so fast service.
