Finally, when trying to move out of the storage unit a second lock was found on the unit that prevented opening OUR unit.
We paid for two months and someone came and cut the lock off our unit and took some of our things. We called the police and they said it happens ALL THE TIME yet they won't put cameras up?? I thought they must have cameras but apparently not. Crappy thing is I paid storage the same day I realized someone cut the lock same day I paid a months worth of storage.. I'd recommend a gated place.
Staff was very responsive and willing to accommodate unforeseen issues. Highly recommend
There has been quite a few of the other units broken into. I'm pretty sure the only reason why mine hasn't been broken into YET, is because it is so close to the road and the motel.
Please, save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. Even if you have to pay more, you’ll still end up with big savings.
Staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. They claimed payments were behind when they had, in fact, been paid. The place was broken into twice and most of the more important stuff stolen. The police officers said it was not uncommon at this location.
DO NOT RENT HERE! My unit was robbed three times in two months time. They took all of my marine corps uniforms Christmas ornaments old toys etc. Property is managed by investment realty Inc. they said the property owner refuses to put up fencing or cameras. Do not give them your business or this storage unit. I am reporting both to the BBB for their negligence.
