Phone call was very respectful, no yelling and such, I've been in customer service before so I hate those situations.
Booked a ticket from then to the St. Louis airport with a friend of mine, I had to leave a day earlier so they had us on two different itineraries. I left the Sunday while she left the following day Monday. Before the trip they called me and asked information on my pick up time and flight back to the airport, I said 1230 flight assuming we were talking about my day I was leaving. Put me down the following day, the Monday, pick up at 7. I know I should have checked the confirmation email to see the error but didn't, that's my mistake not theirs. I told the manager this wouldn't have been even possible if my friend and I were leaving the same day. Why would we choose different pick up times for the same flight? So obviously something on their end changed my date. They did refund me about 70 dollars which is appreciated, but I had to shell out 200 for a cab last minute to the airport to make my flight.
I work at the fort and I have traveled via This Service, bus etc. I can assure you it is no 5 star service. I mean they got me where I was going and in fact I was Google'ing to hire them again. I work in IT and spend a lot of time online, I can identify a fake, keyword loaded review real easy. After 11 years you get your first two reviews within two days and they are gleaming keyword rich perfect testimonials addressing the exact marketing issues that you face today? In that same time period your only direct competitor gets an ambiguous 1 Star from anonymous saying only unhappy. Don't like dishonest companies, I will be hiring the other guys and and see how it goes.
