In response to Pamela Guiles comment, I do not understand why she expects FREE services from DR BERGER. Dr Berger and his STAFF has always ALWAYS treated me and my animals with RESPECT and a very caring approach. I DO NOT expect FREE services from Wal-Mart, my physician, or my vet, Etc. I believe DR BERGER AND HIS STAFF are the BEST in this area. I will continue to use them and GLADLY PAY for their services.
!Don’t know the problem Pamela G. Has with Animal Health Center but Dr.Berger & staff have always been awesome. We have been to him on many ER visits. We Never had a problem. The Clinic continued to give us meds and to this day he is still our vet. Our animals thrive under their care. Great empathetic professional staff. Excellent care. I suspect Pamela G is bad news, and is being libelous to deflect from her own bad behavior.
Very unhappy with Dr Berger's office staff. He tolerates there behavior so I hold him responsible. If your dog gets hit by a car, or gets injured in anyway. Do not go to Dr Berger without a pocket full of cash. His office manager, Monica likes to tell you that she has cancer. So you can't hold her responsible for her rude behavior. Don't question your bill, ever. Just pay it. No questions asked.
Dr. Smith is amazing. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and what's more important was that my Lily girl felt safe and comfortable. They treated us so kindly and Dr. Smith was everything I could ever have wanted in a vet. I am so grateful. It didn't break the bank and they really seemed to understand that not everyone can drop thousands of dollars and were as sensitive as possible about my financial limitations. I could not give a higher recommendation. We will definitely be going back.

There is nothing FREE in this world so guess what, you have to pay for the services that you receive. Let me tell you about how caring Dr. Berger and his staff are. I have had situations that I considered emergencies with my animals and I reached out to Dr. Berger and he was there helping with no questions asked. I can reach out to Monica any time of the day in a panic and she fits us in with no questions asked. When I DO have to take my animals to another emergency vet, I get a phone call from Monica asking me what has happened and they ask to see my animals the next day. How many other vets would go above and beyond. I have been with them for many many years and I will continue to go there. They are the best hands down.
