I travel for a living and was in Rolla working. My car began smoking and was difficult to steer. The next morning after I had gotten off work I took my car to Cedar Grove. They diagnosed it in about 10 minutes. They were very accommodating to me with being from out of town and no other transportation. They ordered a new power steering pump and replaced the old one the next business day. All the employees were very friendly and I felt comfortable enough that they were honest people. I hope i dont have any more vehicle trouble but if I do while im still working in Rolla I will take my vehicle here. I highly recommend this buisiness.
Lack of communication about my vechile, the owner is childish and hangs up the phone if you call and ask when you car is ready, even though its been over a week ago their shop said i can have my car back they make up more excuses why you car doesnt run when it did when you gave it to them
My car was stuck at work and needed a tow. They were professional, quoted me beforehand, and charged a reasonable price. They even took it to my usual garage. Took the stress out of getting the car in the shop.
