This is the first review I’ve written in my whole life. I just felt I had to do it because it was a horrible experience.
VA referral to this office, not by choice. I had a 10am appt but had to reschedule to 2pm, 2 days before appt date. Upon arrival I was asked to do paperwork, turned and completed by 2pm, I waited and waited during this time another returning patient told me that the office is known to book numerous appt for one time slot. I waited til 240, by this time 2 people that came after me had been called back, no one knew I was there (even though there was sign in sheet). The lady that helped basically confirmed there was no communication between workers. While waiting in the back I overheard one worker on the phone talking to other patients on the phone I had to step in a tell her she was being unprofessional and rude. Inot the future I will ask to been at the VA hospital instead of getting a referral to this office again.
He does not set an apt time for you for surgery he just has all patients show up at one time; same at your follow up apts, sometimes he does not answer you. Hard to understand, most important it is two months later and my mom sees double, has blurred vision, sees spots and has pain. Having to a Dr in St. Louis. For the first time in her life she can’t read or drive! very bad experience
Very rude, unprofessional staff. Poor service. Dr. Forgot to send prescription to my pharmacy and it was an ordeal to get them to send the prescription. They said they had faxed it and wasn’t true. Finally the pharmacist called and got it.
