Alex Wagner was great - professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us with our gas fireplace and installed a new thermostat and checked our heat pump as well. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

I called Hartley's with some questions about our heating system and what type of thermostat we'd need. Jon, the owner, was on the phone giving me all the info I needed for 15-20 minutes with no prospect of getting paid. We ended up calling them for service and they were helpful, explained everything and had reasonable rates. I'd highly recommend them.
