Our experience with pro care pools has not been a good one. We have had issues with everything from the concrete being poured at the wrong angle and water setting against the house, workers stepping in the concrete and leaving a permanent boot print" in our pool pad, the bill being incorrect due to " simple math errors", to lack of keeping their word on timelines for completion as well as repairs to a leaking pump. We have been told by the owner "I'll be there at..." And hours go by with no call or message that he is not going to make it as stated. We have an issue needing to be fixed with our pump and we're told 6 days ago it would be fixed this week before we leave for vacation, after following up due to lack of response from the owner he stated " I will not get to it this week text me when you back in town and I'll send someone by to fix the leak and put something under the base " ( that is a copy of his message to me regarding the status of our repair).

First phone call I was looking for a part for my pump. Zach was in the area of my home and just decided to stop at the house to take a look at it free of charge! He answered every question I had and even told me the problem which turns out to be something other then we thought! First experience was really good!
My wife and I purchased an above ground pool from Pro-Care pools. One, the quality way exceeded normal above ground installations. First they leveled the site using top-notch equipment and a special laser leveling system. Second, they took time and care with each piece so as not to damage anything. Then they put in a space-age bottom/flooring that feels like heaven when you step on it. Here's the really cool part: We had only contracted a pool to be installed with pump and cover, but the way our land sits, we get a heap of water off of the side of our neighbors hills and topography. This run-off would have eventually eroded the foundation-base of our pool. Zach, the owner, decides to put in for the longevity of our investment, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, a complete french drain system around the pool with 4" corrugated flexible drain pipe, and then back-fills it with gravel that he bought, delivered, and then installed. The pool exceeded our expectations, and is a very luxurious addition to our home. In summertime it gets used every day, and we have the privacy and convenience of our own family pool. You can't go wrong with Pro-Care Pools.
The pool itself is great and has been used countless times by us, our children, and friends. However due to the absolute lack of concern for timeliness, professionalism, and nonchalant attitude we would not recommend pro care pools.
Zach, give it up. You did my parents dirty- own it. Anybody wanting to see this pool can obviously see the horrible job done. What balance are you speaking of? Seriously? The building you constructed wasn't even safe!
Think twice about doing business with this company it has been a total nightmare for me very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!
As my dad, Gary, has written...Pro Care has provided a less than professional pool. The couping stones look horrible, for a professional business to have installed. I personally witnessed non professional behavior on their part. I can vouch that there is not any remaining balance owed, as the amount to fix the job they provided far outweighs what was billed. In addition, I can't help but feel as if my parents were taken advantage of, as the mistakes were not fixed- and because they are genuine and nice to everyone I would not recommend this company to my enemy! Lots and lots of headaches since my family hired them!
