My husband called and they said they could make a same day appointment. I got there and it was busy. They sat me in the chair and foot spa for my pedicure The chair was amazing it massages you back while your feet soaked in a foot spa. My pedicure was fine but when it came to my nails it sucked. My husband paid for this so I could get great nails and a relaxing experience, and the ratings were the best in rolla according to Google. Instead of having me go to the tables for someone do my nails they did them while I was getting my pedicure, and I had to hold the nail dryer and work my arms around uncomfortably while she did my nails which made it hard for me to enjoy my pedicure. The paint job on my nails had a gap at the top of my nails by the cuticle which I not sure if they even do the cuticle but the paint doesn't even touch the cuticle. I see so many great reviews but I will not allow myself to go back and pay that much money and not get the experience that others have gotten there. I wish there was somewhere I shared my pictures on here. I must say though where the gel is painted on it has not chipped.
Definitely don't recommend Pink Polish. I had a terrible experience. Me and my friend came in for and appointment for acrylics at 2. We came in at 1:50 ish and and they didn't even start doing my nails until nearly 3. They took walk-ins before my appointment! The nail polish was Walmart polishes and weren't even professional polishes that I see at other nail salons. I had my acrylics for 2 days and the polish had already chipped on all my nails. ABSOLUTELY disappointed. Will NEVER come back!
Okay where do I even begin. I usually NEVER do reviews but my experience was so awesome I just had to. I have had such terrible experiences in the past and always left a nail salon disappointed. So I was a bit skeptical on arrival. I was nervous because I was afraid I was going to leave sad, yet again. But that wasn't the case at all!!! Kevin did my nails to perfection!! And I'm not saying that because this is the first place that did my nails correctly, I'm saying this because it is beyond true!! If I made more money he would have gotten a $100 tip! He went the extra mile. He took his time making sure everything was perfect. He was very gentle and super nice. The lady that was there was super funny and sassy. I was all smiles!! I can't wait to go back!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I keep going here because I hear that they're always friendly and do a good job and I keep getting disappointed. I've been here three times over about 2 years and have had the same experience each time. The tech is rude and doesn't talk to me except to criticize my nails. This time he wouldn't ask my name, he saw it on my ID and teased me about knowing my name! So creepy! I asked him to fix a big bubble on my thumb and he said yes but he was rude and first said it was the fan, then it was dust, then said it was a problem with my nail and got mad. At least it finally got fixed but my other nails were still wet even after sitting there and they're smudged already and the polish is not touching my cuticle. Not pleased at all.
