Most if not all the washers are out of order all the time. When you try testing the open washers and they eat your money, it will not be refunded. Safe yourself a trip and money and just go anywhere else.
Really like the place but they need to fix washer's and dryer's a lot are out of order.
Many washers and dryers are out of order. No seriously, barely half of the machines are functioning, it's ridiculous. Five customers could easily take over every machine. Then they yell at you for trying to fit too many clothes in one machine. Yes I understand you are never supposed to overload washers, but when there is only one washer open because they already have a measly six customers, I'm not left with much choice other than stay there doing laundry for days. Also the prices on the machines seem very arbitrary. Some washers are $1.25 a load, some are up to twice that for the virtually the same machine.
They may have a lot of broken machines but the ones that work do there job.
Too many machines broke down. Owners very nice and helpful.
