Super friendly, fast and professional
Ducks was highly professional, and even though I only had a small sewage backup, he cleaned more thouroughly than anyone I have ever seen in my life. He arrived on the scene quickly, he got started quickly, and then he very precisely cleaned every square inch of the damaged area. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the cleanup, and I will definetly be calling him for any other cleanup I need done. Thank you!!!
We had our washer hose come loose and soak our hallway carpet in our apt. Called these guys, who are super friendly and professional, and they came over within the hour to clean everything up. They even were able to get the water up from our carpet padding and the mildew smell that was strong before they came and cleaned is 100% gone now! Great family run business, I will definitely use them again if I have the need and I highly recommend them! Bonus they were from my home town area and it felt good to meet people up here in Rolla from SEMO. :)
