This particular office is not very efficient at all. The remodel looks great and the people at the front are very friendly. That's the only reason I give them 2 stars. In my experience the competence of the caseworker is far less than desirable. I have to turn in my paperwork several times. (The same paperwork) because they loose it even though I have my originals with their stamp of being received on them. The benefits randomly are not deposited without warning and to get a call to my caseworker is impossible. You go through a 5 minute verification to be transferred to a voicemail. The voicemail says they will return the call by the end of the next business day. Surprise this isn't true.
I felt bad when I had called previously because the new place I currently live at my phone service is not at the greatest. So I was pretty much yelling at the woman on the phone. (Really didn't mean to sound rude) Needless to say I went to the office instead and the lady I spoke with was extremely welcoming and kind also very imformative on what I need to get done. I gotta say this is the best office I have come across yet and I'm very pleased with the outcome.Thank you to the lady for being kind while doing her job. You are appreciated.
Worthless to drive an hour to be misled and lied to. Then when you call you are put on hold for 50 minutes. No Wonder People are so Angry and Upset dealing with them.

I drove an hour to get an itemized statement if earning and was told I can do it online for free. So I drive back an hour and come to find out what use to cost $1.25 a page and I got it right there, is going to cost $115 dollars and I will have to wait 120 days.
Office was nice looking but filled with rude employees. Most refuse to even attempt to listen to you and goodness forbid you fail to properly understand the paperwork. The staff is unwilling to explain anything. Only the security guard was polite and professional.
I have been trying to restart my Ss benefits since the 1st of June 2017 it is now, December 5, 2017, still don't have my benefits coming, my latest letter tells me I will only get $271 and I will receive this in January 2018. So now I have to go back and argue some more, because my benefit amount was $833 and I worked for 2 more years since then at a high rate of pay I should receive even more. They are always courteous and helpful then I get a letter 30 days later, that totaly changes everything, so I still don't get paid. GRRRR!
