So thankful for their customer service!!!! Especially thankful to Julie who helped me to retrieve a package to family members that I accidentally sent to the wrong address. Julir went out of her way to fix my mistake and she made certain my family got their Christmas presents promptly and just in time for Christmas. Knowing that this must be The busiest time of the year for the center, and I am sure at most places that would lead to less than stellar service. But I was so incredibly impressed with the help I received!!! Thank you, Julie!!!
These guys have GREAT customer service!! I had a package get delivered to the wrong address (happens sometimes because our street got renumbered recently) so I called the dispatch office. I spoke with a woman named Tracy. She told me she would take care of it even though she was on her way out for the day. She called the driver, gave me a return call, and within 10 minutes my package had arrived safely at my door. It's nice to be so well taken care of.
Package was not there untill i could get the tracking number. Also can never find the right houses.
