Secretary was very polite but the staff was unbelievable rude and disrespectful to me when I guess I called to many times in one day. Not happy with my pay or the company itself. I can say I will never be temping through them again and will tell others not to either
Scheduled an interview for a position that they had open said I was perfect for. Drove 40 miles to Rolla spent an hour doing paperwork watching video and updating my information because I had went with another agency in another city because they never placed me a year prior. After I FINALLY finished all of that they told me that they would call me to interview with Melissa if a job came open that met my qualifications. The job that they brought me in on they had already filled when they called me to fill out the paperwork. If they would have told me it was filled I wouldn't have bothered wasting my gas or my time. They've never once placed me in a position even after I've jumped through all their hoops three times and to my knowledge they are the only temp service in the Rolla area which is where I'm needing to find a position while I'm attending school. I've been temping in Jeff City and driving to Rolla because C&S has the BEST people to work with for placing people. Very professional.
I have had similar experiences from this place as the other reviewers took 3 times to get called to come in, I was told they had jobs to match my qualifications so we set up a meeting/interview up for 9am the next day. I filled out the paperwork but was told I needed to come back the following day to interview cause Melissa had an appointment. After i had already driven the 20 miles to get to Rolla. Anyways I come back the next day and waited over an hour for Melissa to come to the office. This place has professional in the name but it is far far from. Really sad too cause i have worked with another office in another state before and they were amazing...My advice would be to stay away, find something on your own.
The secretary was great, very helpful and polite. The staff was rude and condescending, did not follow thru on the claims that they made and felt that lying to the people that came into their office was an acceptable practice. "IF" they have work for you its not something that you could make a living with, from what I could tell. The "insert fancy title here" took offense when asked simple questions about assignments. I highly recommend this place if you have NO self esteem or self worth and simply want a job to say that you are working. After having dealt with the "account rep" for less then 5 minutes you leave with the feeling of being both cheap and dirty. The only impressive thing that I could see was that the woman that I dealt with could convey that much disregard for their "employee's" and contempt in that short of a time.
I am sorry that your husbands check took so long to get processed we had to locate his time from a client because he had not filled out a time card or turned it on to our office. We do have his time card now in our system and it is ready for him to pick up on Thursday afternoon.
