Quick and speedy service
If I could leave a zero star I would. Whichever driver that delivers the packages to Licking doesn't take their job seriously. They frequently deliver our packages to the neighbors house even tho we have a sign on the driveway and I just never have these problems with UPS. Yesterday's package didn't even make it to the neighbors house and no one knows where it is.
Terrible customer service. We have a bridge they or UPS won't cross. Fine. Cool with that. However, trying to pick up a package from this place is next to impossible. Door for pick-up is ALWAYS locked. Good luck tracking someone down once you find an open door. Even when you call ahead. Absolutely horrendous!
This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! As a disabled veteran I had to have my wife pickup an important package for my health and she waited for over 45 minutes and no package. I have never wanna use Fedex Ground again.. Horrible!
