Can't wait to see what it looks like when finished building!
It's on a blind hill. Construction is haphazard, sloppy, debris all over the road. I hate to say it's par for the course in Rolla but sadly that's exactly what it is. They blame the city for not adding sidewalks in order to limit the danger for pedestrians but according to the city it is the Lodges at Rolla's responsibility. Clearly, this is yet another case of rich, privileged people making money and caring less about who is hurt in the process. Why rent from them when there are superior, better maintained places closer to town? And FYI local apartment and home owners have to drive by this mess daily and Scott the property manager said it won't be completed until 2019! and he said he could care less about who is put out by the construction. Shame on you Lodges at Rolla. Get your act together and stop hurting Rolla just to make a buck.

Unfortunately there is no way to give zero stars. There is no gate. There are no sidewalks. The only thing these people care about is making money off of college students and they have built in the worst possible place in Rolla.
The property manager is a good man. He's got something special here that Rolla can be proud of.
Currently under construction. If their sister property in St. Robert is any indication how this site will turn out. It will be the best in Rolla and the entire surrounding area. For locals and for students. Looking forward to what you guys have to provide to the Rolla community.
