As a single woman I was hesitant going when I didn't know anyone. The trip to Colorado/Utah was the best trip I have been on in years. The staff was awesome and cared about each one of us. I highly recommend USA Tours for any single women or men.
This was a Senior Class trip. Rex worked with us to get a trip that the class would enjoy and could afford! He did such a good job booking good hotels, which is important to me as a class sponsor. We went to many different places and each one was great! He even went and checked out one of our destinations a couple of weeks before we went! That was impressive! I appreciated how he answered my every question; i emailed him quite a few times! I would definitely recommend USA Tours Inc. They did a great job!
Today was my first encounter with USA Tours and it was being run off the road by the bus driver that changed lanes directly into my truck, had we not run off the interstate my mum and my five year old in the car would be starting out the New Year from the hospital. At no point while honking at the bus did the driver stop changing lanes, and they made sure to continue speeding off while we waited to get back on the interstate so I had no hope of getting a license plate or bus number. I hope the company takes my complaint seriously and genuinely finds out which bus was the cause, since this driver constantly has the lives of many people at their hands.
Don't use this company!!! My parents went on the Northwest National Park tour last month. The bus broke down 4 times. 2 times they were stranded on the side of an interstate and 2 other times the bus was taken to a repair shop. They arrived a couple of times at their hotel after 10pm with only cold cut sandwiches being served after 8pm to them on the bus. Part of their trip, due to the bus being in the shop was spent going to the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in a party bus without seatbelts on the interstate. While driving in the mountains a passenger noticed the steel radial belts clearly showing on one of the tour buses tires which put the bus in the shop a 5th time. Besides that the bus shook and rattled. They missed the scenery in the Rocky Mountains (which is a highlight advertised on the tour) due to the bus breaking down so they drove in total darkness. They only had 26 min in a Forney Tranportation Museum due to the bus breaking down. My parents have traveled the world in many types of vehicles but this is one experience they'd like to forget. Save your money! This is not worth the money or your life!
