During a previous visit, I had a negative experience. After hearing about this, The owners were quick to fix the issue and were even willing to replace my meal at no cost. I can honestly say, that this time around I had an excellent experience. The restaurant was very clean and had an inviting atmosphere. Not to mention, my burger was great! Thanks!
Workers are all usually nice to talk to. The wait can be a bit long sometimes, but only if a ton of people come in at once; usually pretty fast.
We stopped here while traveling back home from a vacation. The staff at the drive thru had no customer service skills. They didn't even smile back at us. They didn't ask us if we wanted dipping sauce for our chicken fingers or ketcup for our fries. The food at least came out hot.
