The exterior of this restraunt is a simple looking metal sided building, it is quite the surprise once inside. The interior is a pine sided rustic looking view with a number of mounted animal heads, antique firearms, metal signs and old arrowheads. Our waitress was very pleasurable and gave us great service. The smell of the barbecue just added to the atmosphere. Food was cooked to perfection. If you don't want to fire up the grill and want good authentic tasting barbecue take the trip outside of town to check this great restraunt . Check the hours though, they are only open Thursday through Sunday at the time this is being posted. I chose a meat combo of brisket, sausage, and pulled pork. One of our party had a loaded baked potato which he said was great and the seasoned potato chips I tried off my wife's meal were good enough to write about. If near Rolla MO, give this place a try.
Great food and fast service. The loaded chips plate was enough for for 2 people. The location is out if the way if you're looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite.

Loved the atmosphere. The outdoor seating view was awesome. Brisket was delicious. Ribs were a bit tough so I didn't really care for them. Pulled pork was good but not great. Overall I would recommend and I would go again.
