While everyone that has assisted me at this location has been wonderful, I wanted to mention Ryan who is so polite and takes the time to remember your name. If I could recommend to upper management, you need to find someone like Ryan to have in each of your locations, if for anything, to train others on customer service. Rolla is lucky to have you sir, keep up the awesome service!
This is perhaps one of the best Wendy's locations I have ever visited. The employees are polite and extremely fast at getting your order out. They get a little busy at lunch with the drive through wrapping around and a full parking lot. Even with all the customers during the lunch crowd they are still polite, fast and accurate with your order.
They have the new kiosks, so you can put in an order with a machine and decrease wait time. I guess I didnt realize how customizable Wendy's menu was.
I freaking love Wendys. You could say this review is bias but whatever. Haven't had to many problems here expect their drive through can't seem to get orders correct most of the time. Just need better training or people who care.
Another cool feature of this location is that they have the Internet connected Coke soda fountain that allows you to create your own custom soda mix!
The employees do not seem to care enough about their job. The service is mediocre at best but the food was pretty good. The guy at the register stood talking to a coworker for about 5 minutes while my husband and I waited for him to take our order. When I asked him a question he rolled his eyes at me before answering and our food was rang up wrong. Twice.
Great place to eat. Got my food fast and it was all very fresh.
