Diagnosed with M.S. Only saw 1 electric cart. Used it throughout the store going .1 mph. Battery was pretty much dead.. Asked more than one associate for a different one. No one got one. Passed guy coming in, in another cart, going 20 mph. Smh.
I want to give a special shout out to Lowe's customer service! Especially to Jason who helped me find the best deal on a certain kind of power tool and Shelbylyn at the customer service desk that was so patient and friendly as we waded through placing my order. They both did an excellent job.
I will be picking up the same model gas grill from a Home Depot in St. Louis over the Thanksgiving holiday. So much for the convenience of online ordering.... It is easier to drive 100 miles and bring it home.
Anyway, I then went back to the front desk and there was another problem. My parents had also ordered me a grill cover that was waiting to be shipped to the store. That wasn't yet available so they didn't know how to release part of my order. Anyway, I heard every excuse in the book so finally left and told them I would return once the grill cover that was delaying all this arrived.
What a joke..... they have a spot for an item on their shelves and have not been able to stock it in a month. I've been there 3 times, so I call the store and they say I have to order it online. Will be glad when there is some competition for business maybe then Lowe's will try to service their customers better. Item#586771 Model#34106ZCBLG
Literally the worst Lowe’s I have ever been in. Horrible staff, totally inconsistent, no follow through, generally apathetic. Save yourself some time go somewhere else that cares even if it’s another Lowe’s somewhere else.
My parents ordered me a Weber gas grill online from Lowes for Christmas and sent me the e-mail confirmation to pick it up in this store. They got an e-mail confirmation that it was available and waiting for me to pick it up so forwarded the message to me. I went to pick it up and was told that none were available. I noticed 6 boxes of this same gas grill sitting on pallets and mentioned that to them. I was told there were none of this model in stock and would have to come back. I finally went and took pictures of the boxes with my phone because I kept getting told they were unavailable. I took my phone with the pictures up to the front desk and they sent someone back there. They guy stood there staring at the boxes and said someone would have to bring a lift out to get one down and that it might take a while. I stood there a while and saw nothing was happening so went back upfront. I was then told again that "none were available" when the printed paper I had said mine was ready for pickup.
Anyway, my dad called this Lowes and got the run around as well when his confirmation said that the gas grill was ready for pickup. He was told the order could not be completed in a partial manner and that we would have to wait. A manager said she would call him back in a few minutes. He called the main Lowes number and cancelled the order after waiting a couple hours. Then she called back and said it couldn't be completed in a partial manner. He told her he had cancelled the order and THEN she said they could have figured something out for me to pickup the grill without the cover being there. By then it was too late. He was pissed. I was pissed.
