Un po' piccolo e nascosto ma non male
I bought a craftsman weed wacker from here back June so 5 months it has a 2 year warranty on it. Well anyway the handle broke and the throttle control handle came lose and was just spinning around and it wouldn't tighten down. Anyway I went to the store tonight to get it replaced and all I got was we have to take it and look at for 10 to 14 days. What on earth what a crappy company. I have a lot of craftsman hand tools but I guess I ain't buying stuff from this crappy company any more.

Very unhelpful when picking up appliance. My dad tried to pick up a refrigerator here and the employees refused to strap it down. He has a bad hip, he can't climb into the truck to strap it down. Apparently sears is more interested in keeping their insurance company happy than making their customers happy.
So update dropped the weed wacker off 4 and half weeks ago, I had not received a call or anything about it so I went in this morning to check and was told the 10-14 days was not correct it should be fixed in 4-6 weeks. the one lady working there was so snippy and unprofessional it was just stupid and she really should not have job. If anyone is thinking about buying anything from this place do not do it.
I am the store manager. The address on this map is correct. However, the picture of where the building is at is not correct. We are located behind J.C.Penney now. I hope that google will change this soon seeing as we are having a problem with people finding us.
