Our family rented two homes with Frost, starting in late 2014 and ending in February of 2017. We started in a nice 3-bedroom home and then moved to a slightly larger home because we had another baby. Craig and Jeff were great for the duration of our tenancy in both homes. They were quick to respond if we had a problem or question and were attentive to our needs when we needed a larger home. Upon moving out, we received our security deposit back no problem. Their understanding and patience with us at the end of our tenancy made the stress of buying a home and moving from a rental much easier and was very appreciated. If we hadn’t bought a home ourselves, we would still be renting from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
My family rented a four bedroom home in Rolla with Frost Enterprises from 2014 to 2016, and we had a fantastic experience. Similar to a previous reviewer's comment, we found our rent to be relatively inexpensive and had were given the option to paint. Craig and Jeff were quick to help any time the need came up, and upon moving out, returned our security deposit. We would happily rent from Frost again and recommend them to you.

Hands down the best landlords I've ever had. Craig was extremely accommodating and worked with us to get a property rented even though we were coming from out of state and wouldn't be able to see the property until the day we needed to move in.
Rented with Frost for two years, had nothing but great experiences with everybody there. Was able to find a huge, cheap house that we were able to repaint and own pets in. Landlord (Craig Heimericks) is awesome and helpful, great about getting back quickly about repairs and questions. Got pet and security deposits back. All in all, a great place to rent from for off-campus student housing.
