We stayed here for 2 months and even if we have had some issues at the beginning, Constance find a way to solve it quickly.
In March of this year I lost my home to a fire. I was so devastated I felt as if I had lost my entire life. But then my insurance company put me in contact with Constance at Morningside Apartments. I'm not ashamed to admit I wept when she showed me the apartment she prepared for me on extremely short notice. It was so clean, classy, comforting... it truly felt like my new home if only temporarily.
Our appartment was furnished with all you need (electrical hot plate, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer).

The sense of community is only enhanced by the diverse flora surrounding the property. Red buds, Oaks, Bamboo, and other assorted coniferous and deciduous trees encapsulate all tenants in a tranquil Missouri-esque forest.
Inside the units themselves you'll find dazzling art ranging from surrealism to impressionism, while some pieces are unashamed Americana. The art doesn't stop at the walls, but continues to each piece of dish-ware or small kitchen tool. Even the furniture is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing.
Morningside is the ideal space to find tranquility in the Rolla community. I have worked for the small business approx. 1 year, and as an employee I have seen all the ins-and-outs of Morningside. This review functions as an informative gist of my experience with Morningside and Constance, the property manager, and as a send-off before leaving the state of Missouri.
TV has lots of channels, it's nice when you want to see some movies.
The hard work comes from serving each tenant's needs swiftly and attentively. If you need anything, all you have to do is email or call. It's that easy. The sense of responsibility comes from Constance and all employees knowing we cannot be successful without satisfying our tenants. This level of attention comes from our understanding that while each tenant has unique needs, each one is a human being who deserves a peaceful place to live.

The best part about Morningside is the individual attention that you receive. I talked with the staff there for weeks and they were so flexible, understanding, and willing to work with me, which meant so meant as a military member. I had so many questions as a new military member and new apartment seeker, and they addressed them all promptly and thoroughly. I could call any time and was definitely valued at all times. I was so impressed that I signed a lease agreement with Morningside and was so excited to join their community. Unfortunately, several last minute financial situations came up and I asked to terminate the lease. I was again blown away by their understanding with helping me through the process and letting me terminate the lease. The next chance I get, I am staying in Morningside. Definitely recommend Morningside to anyone in the area.
Any problem or complaint I ever had was taken care of immediately. I couldn't speak more highly of these complexes or the owner Constance.
1) Morningside fosters community.
I would recommend these homes to anyone for so many reasons; the organic garden available to all residents, classy furnishings and decor, there is a jacuzzi in every unit, always well maintained and immaculately clean, top of the line appliances, an oval shaped pool with shallow and deep sides so its great for kids too. The pool also has a couple grills and seating. And my favorite of all - some of the best neighbors you will ever meet.
3) Each employee has a distinct personality, which means they care about each tenant personally.
Earlier this year, I was stationed at the hospital in Rolla as a travel nurse for a 6-week assignment. Finding a pet-friendly place to live for such a short amount of time is nearly impossible to do, especially if you move around as much as I have - it definitely doesn't look good on paper, which I understand. I was pretty much at the end of all my options when I contacted Morningside Apartments to ask them about their availability. I was expecting to get shot down immediately, just like all the other places I had contacted, but was pleasantly surprised when Constance welcomed me with open arms after hearing my situation. She did everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of, and for six weeks, I got to live in one of the nicest furnished apartments I've ever had the privilege of living in - Definitely worth the money! The people at Morningside definitely put their heart and soul into making this place feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this apartment complex for any other travel nurses (or any other traveling professionals) who are looking for housing!
Constance is a didactic and caring person who treats all employees and tenants equally. In fact she knows most, if not all, tenants by name. Since I have worked for her, I have learned a lot about hard work and moral responsibility.
Where else can you find a fully organic garden, open to all tenants, to grow beautiful whole food that can be shared? Where else can you find a community pool equipped with lounge chairs and grills to strike up a fun summer evening get-together with neighbors? Where else will you find hard working and intelligent people, ranging from Missouri S&T students to doctors, who genuinely care about where they live? No where else, but Morningside.
Internet works fine but wasn't very fast sometimes.
