Crystal was great!! Was able to see the rental property at a moment's notice. She answered all my questions I had and got everything done within a timely manner. Everyone else was very nice there as well! Definitely will recommend them to others! :-)
I had called several times before I actually went and looked at apartments and spoke to Kara on the phone. She was very helpful on the phone and she ended up being the one to go show us apartments. Kara was super helpful and knowledgeable! We loved working with her!

I'd been living abroad for a while and wanted a small town feel on returning to the States. I scoured the Internet in search of locales that fit my needs and discovered Rolla. I sent off inquiries to Pam Anderson who promptly got back to me, inviting me to visit her management company office. Even though I was traveling and couldn't easily stop in, Pam kept in touch with me, answering all my questions along the way. When I finally arrived in town, she patiently took me around to look at some properties and then, same day, arranged for me to sign a lease. This was terrific because I was staying at an expensive hotel in the interim. She and her colleague were both congenial and professional, even taking the time to point out to me areas of interest in the neighborhood. I recommend working with Pam Anderson if you're looking at any of Investment Realty's properties.
