If I could rate them 0 I would!!!!!! We were really screwed! We spent 5+ hours there to buy a vehicle. They would promise one thing then change, then change again, and again. When we finally got to agreement that wasn't very good, but doable, it turns out they are making us pay taxes on one rebate and took away the other one without telling us!! After 5 hours, a crying baby, a restless toddler, and all of us starving, we finally signed the papers, not knowing how badly they screwed us! I will NEVER go there again, and if you go, be sure to get copies of everything on paper before agreeing, and read very very carefully!! I know it's really our fault since we didn't remember the old adage "buyer beware!"
