What a wonderful dealership. They will try to accommodate you in every way possible. Had some repairs that needed to be done Just about a week after we purchased the vehicle and it took me two months to get the vehicle into them, but they kept their promise to care of all of the repairs and I didn’t have to come out of pocket at all . Just a really great dealership with great employee would recommend them to anyone. Sales representative Sierra Pouncey was awesome and service representative Kirk was amazing and very thorough.

Do not go to buy anything from any JD Byrider any where!! We bought a vehicle...struggled through an aggressive, presented way too fast sales pitch on "the program" they offer. When we got to the phase of signing the papers it was recorded. The paperwork is an inch thick. The end cost of the vehicle, which started at $16,000, was $23,000. We said not over $400 a month. The first payment was $231 every two weeks. That's $462 on a month that has 4 weeks. Occasionally we would have paid $693 in a month because the schedule was every two weeks. The vehicle was poorly reconditioned. The heater never worked correctly after taking it back to them 3 times. They disabled the sunroof on purpose saying it was for safety reasons they could not be responsible for. Oh, last thing...the price quoted was approximately $7000 over NADA retail price. These people are not the best option to buy a vehicle from! Also the Attorney General in Boston Massachusetts has filed charges against a parent company of a JD Byrider for a long list of charges.
