We ware coming back from Chicago going to Dallas and took night stay in this motel after enquring in 3 places. We found this most cheapest so decided to stay here. I would say it was a very very comfortable stay. The lady at the reception was very polite and respectful. Rooms were clean and specially bathroom was drop clean with white day light bulbs. Surely recommend.
Beware Motel has Bedbugs!!!!!! My Husband and I, stayed at the Rustic Motel in Rolla Missouri on the night of December. 10,2017 it was a very nice clean room, it was a great experience until we went to Bed. I noticed 4 little bugs on our bed. We went to sleep, got up this morning and my husband has all kinds of bites all over his body. My husband went to the motel office to show them, the owner said we don't have bugs, you must be allergic to something. My husband came back to our room and I killed a adult bedbug on the pillow case, a couple minutes later I saw another adult bedbug crawling on the bed, this bedbug we caught alive in one of the motel cups, and my husband went to the office to show them. The owner got ahold of the maintenance guy, the maintenance guy took out his pocket knife and stabbed the bedbug and told the manager that yup it's a bedbug and it's full of blood. Then the maintenance guy tells my husband that they have to reatreat the room. Manager appoligized. No discount or anything else. We had to go up the road to Walmart to get my husband something from the pharmacy to treat his bedbug bites. We will not stay there again.
We arrived very late but they kept our reservation and turned on the heater in our room in advance for us. Friendly with a somewhat old fashioned feel and personal touches in the decor. Also, very pet friendly!
Stayed here for one night on a trip from Texas to Ohio. The Rustic is clean, newly renovated with a favorable price. Staff was very friendly. Only stayed for the night but I would recommend staying here if you happen to need a clean, cheap place to stay the night or two.
It was late and I needed a place to stay, the lady running the desk was very friendly and let me stay an hour past checkout. Very clean room, affordable, and comfortable.
